A Short Term Course on ‘Soft Skills Development and Stress Management’ was organized by Sarojini Naidu College for Women in collaboration with Counselling Services and Studies in Self Development, Jadavpur University from 04.02.2015- 10.02.2015. The objective of the course was to equip participants to improve their communication skills in order to handle stress in their daily as well as their professional lives.
