The Department of Computer Application with B.Sc./ B.A. General in Computer Application has been started from 2018 and with B.Sc./B.A Honours in Computer Application
has been started from 2019. Previously it was as B.Sc.(Major) degree course.
This B.Sc./B.A Honours in Computer Application program has been started for students to provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the field. This program
is designed for students of both Science and Arts stream. The Department of Computer Application of Sarojini Naidu College, Kolkata has been acclaimed all over Kolkata for its
excellent result. A good number of pass out students pursue higher studies, and good number of students join job.

The department has well-equipped computer laboratory with 20 computers and Wi-Fi facilities. Departmental library facility is there for both student and faculty
members. Students can access good collection of books and the hard copies of previous year’s project report.

of Computer Science and IQAC, Sarojini Naidu College for Women, Kolkata on 28th May,2022.
